8 Oct 08, flight from Penang to Subang Airport with Firefly, very surprising with the low fare, complimentary Drink & Cup Cake is serve, the main reason travel with Firefly is convenience when depart Subang Airport, save Taxi fare (just RM23 from Subang Airport to Pj Armada Hotel, 30 min with heavy traffic.), save traveling time from LCCT or KLIA.
In Dec 07, I have a very bad experience with Firefly, from Penang to Subang Airport, is Delay 6 hour & waiting in Penang Airport with very bad service, after 4 hour, only have Free Snack & Drink voucher given. And today is 2nd time flight with Firefly after the incident, but is can feel the service provide is better improve.
Actually is hope Firefly management can keep the momentum on the service level, is not the value of complimentary, but the quality service is very important for consumer that paid to service provided like Firefly.
Final is Hope Penang Airport management is can improve and take care the passenger specially at area near Gate 11-14, the air from the air condition is "WARM". Is too bad due to airport tax is paid but could not get quality service, actually this situation is not Fresh issue.
服務態度是難以金錢來評論， 雖然只是一杯的果汁和小片的蛋糕， 更讓我難以相信的是， 在十月十號， 我程營火蟲從梳邦飛機場囘檳城， 除了那小小得果汁和蛋糕的心意之外， 還有免費機票和住宿“幸運獎”給之中一位幸運之乘客。
